There are so many different ways to lose weight on the market but in essence, diet control and natural nutrition are the most important factors to assist you on this quest. Re-train your brain
If you do the above, then the last piece of information to consider is to re-train your brain. Focus on what you want - fit, slim and happy. Positive reinforcement, all the time focussing on that goal. Unfortunately most overweight people have a self image problem and believe they will always be overweight. Not so if you think positively on what you want to be.Basically change your thought process and think positively. This repetition is what makes it successful. Remember food is a life giving fuel, not something we eat because it is there or a form of comfort when we are stressed. If you are getting a complete mixture of water and nutrients the body will not crave. Besides processed food, emotional eating is a major contributor to obesity. Make sure you eat for physical hunger. Physical hunger is slowly brought on by signals from your body that tell you it is hungry. Emotional eating is when somethig has caused you to have particular feelings that bring comfort from eating. This is learnt behaviour and needs to be controlled.
