Lets get started on this business opportunityTo get started in any business opportunity you need to understand a few things. I am talking about a multi level marketing business opportunity. 95% of people who work want more time to do things in their private life 15% of people are seriously looking for a healthy lifestyle Therefore you need to find people who seriously want more time, looking for financial freedom and are prepared to 'get started' in changing their life. You need to find a product or service that you are interested in. Consumable products are good as people will continuously buy the product which means the residual income is coming in each month. Compare this to a one off product purchase, where you only recieve a once off commission payment. I spoke before in multi level market about how sponsoring, training and mentoring works so you only need to work on mainly the levels below you, depending on the circumstances. The next part to building the organisation is that you should not grow any more than 5 sponsors who are keen to build businesses under you, in the first level. The reason is that it is too hard to train and mentor any more than 5 and you need to build a down line that is effective. The aim of the game is to build the business to maximise the growth and eventually the residual income that comes with that growth. Customers that just purchase the product, you can have as many on that lateral first level as they are just buying and you need to make sure that they are happy with the product. The next part to learn is that each of the 5 sponsored business members in your down line, you need to help them sponser up to 5 more each, who then each sponsor 5 more each. Your down line looks like this You x 5 (5) x 5 (125) x 5 (625) Effectively you have the potential to have many people in the downline. Now you understand why you don't need more than 5 business people in the first level. To get the best value from your people in the business organisation (remember each person is an independant business owner but we work as a team to maximise the wealth opportunity) is to now teach and mentor to sponsor others. For me to succeed, you must also succeed. I am working for the people I have sponored in my downline and we all work towards a common goal. It may take sponsoring 20 people to get those first 5 business owners in the first level, but be patience as you will get there. Don't forget if you join me, we work as a team.
