I hate a migraine. Why do I suffer. The answer has to do with natural nutrition and health.

Ever suffered a headache or migraine that just will not go away. You get to the point where you are beside yourself and nothing seems to work.

Research into the causes has shown that they may be triggered by a sudden narrowing of the blood vessels (called vasoconstriction). The body identifies a problem with the vessels and takes action by widening the blood vessels which in turn causes intense pain. Certain symptoms appear to occur prior to the onset of the pain. This includes feeling dizzy, blurred sight, very sensitive to light, salivating and unusual odours from the mouth and limbs.

Causes

Causes appear to be linked to nutrition

- Eating irregular and foods low in nutrient can be triggers

-Elements containe din certain food such as chocolate, alcohol,citrus ad dairy food sources

- Stress : exposure to noisy and polluted environments, hectic lifestyles, accumulate fatigue and excessive worrying

- Mild constipation can give rise to a dullness or heaviy throb in the head. The more prominent the constipation, the more chronic the pain in the head may be.

- Menstruation and hormonal fluctuations have been linked to headaches
Need to question why do the blood vessels restrict, is it because of constipation and the water absorbton that occurs in wastes. Is this water problem the sympton showing up in a different way in the body, telling you something.

You have to wonder don't you!!!!
Does the body have enough essential nutrients ensuring that at cellular level the body has adeqate fuel to stop these types of conditions.
