Motivational characteristics are in my genetics
It’s been a long journey of discovery and it relates to motivational genetics. Read my story, my name is Di Reynolds My journey has been one with many areas of turbulence. I never needed to read a motivational book as I am living in a sequence of events that demonstrates my strength of character (or so I am told). I, on the other hand believe I am just living my life to the best of what I know how to do. One day I will write a book about my adventures. My life involves country living, love, a family, trauma involving my 8 year old suffering cancer, a distinguished police career with many adventures in the country. Being part of the Australian deployments overseas to Bali (terrorist bombing 2002) and Thailand (Tsunami 2004), life as a forensic investigator and a manager of forensic teams. Best of all, bringing up a family to be healthy, well adjusted and future leaders, following their dreams. And that’s just a brief overview, there is so much more. I have not lived half my intended life yet, but its close. I was brought up as a country girl, living in a scenic area of the Adelaide Hills on a farm near Hahndorf, South Australia. My parents were organic horticulturalists and it was a good life. I joined the South Australian Police Department spending 12 years in the bush then the next 15 years in the forensic group which is where I gained knowledge about how the human body works and my skills in researching and development of initiatives. It is as a result of my knowledge and skills gained within the Police service, my experience with life, surrounding my extended family, my extreme positive attitude on life and my current quest for knowledge in the areas of health and well being that have made me collate a series of informative pages on this site. If I can help someone like you have a better understanding of holistically how we live and die through what we eat and our mental state, then I have been successful and used the skills learnt from my profession and life for a greater purpose. Below is just a snapshot of my life but it certainly impacted.
Story 1
The story of my daughter who had just turned eight is told best through this article
Amys story - "Will I Live Mum"
My suspicions of why she was a victim of cancer, has to do with living in a fruit growing area of the Adelaide Hills where fertilisers and other pest control substances were sprayed regularly over the orchards. I cannot prove anything, but my fish in the inside aquarium died regularly. We were only on rainwater which meant that the spray landed on the roof and flowed into the drinking supply. Looking back at where we lived in that valley, 4 people both children and adults suffered various cancers within the 8 years we lived there, that I know of. Amy is the only one still alive. She was 6 months old when we first moved to that location.I put a lot of her survival down to medical intervention and the fact that she was exposed to large amounts of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and other organic food sources from my parents farm. During her hospital days, recovery period and even today, she consumes large amounts of these types of fruits. It provides her with the best chance possible for her to continue surviving cancer and living a healthy life. During the experience of the treatment, she lost a kidney and had open heart surgery to remove the extension of the tumour from her heart. She still has a fibrous tumour that was too much to remove during surgery, blocking the vena cava, between the surviving kidney and her heart. The side effects of chemotherapy and radiation continue even today. It’s now been nearly nine years since that eventful period starting October 1999.
Story 2
My husband experienced a serious injury at work. As a result he has muscular, skeletal and nerve/neurological system damage. He has experienced a range of therapeutic drugs to combat the pain and depression associated with the damage. As a result his body has suffered greatly. Currently he is coming off a range of medications to re-establish where his body functions are at and we are using micro nutrients from identified wholefoods that feed at cellular level to allow the body to repair through regenerative medicine. For those who have experienced what my husband has been through over the last 14 years or even as a partner of someone who suffers, you know what the associated problems are, and the medical merry-go-round that goes with it.It includes weight gain, depression, anxiety, stress, digestive problems, liver malfunction, metabolism meltdown, and the list goes on. The numerous specialists that we have attended, you do not have enough digits attached to your body to count them on. One thing I have never done is given up hope. Scientific technology is moving towards better nutrition as one of the areas that assists with health and wellbeing. We are removing many of the drugs he takes as these tend to mask the real problem with symptoms and side effects not associated with the injury. He now takes a supplement that has a series of fruits and other food sources that science is proving have great benefits in fighting disease, regenerative medicine including anti – aging of all cells not just those on your face, increased immunity and general preventative medicine. We have noticed that the digestive system and metabolism has increased as he has lost a lot of weight, blood test show liver enzymes have dropped to normal range and energy levels are increasing. Combine this with remedial massage and other forms of muscle stimulation, we are trying to increase the blood flow to the injured areas and thus promote repair. The side effects of 14 years of taking drugs will not go away overnight but it is looking very promising.
Purpose of this site
Please view the pages on my site as information that I have derived from a range of sources. Mainly from qualified members within certain fields, and established research laboratories that are not promoting individual products but actually the science of a particular food source or technology.Interested in the wholefood beverage that we take then please contact me.
