Post Exhibit Activities

This is a very important part of your post exhibit marketing plan BUT often the most forgotten. There are several areas to consider and are very critical to secure potential customers. Part of your exhibit should have a function so that you can capture future leads.

Future leads can be as a result of many factors.• Person purchased the product and may buy again in the future• Person interested but no cash on hand• Person not committed but wants more info• Person committed but wants more info especially about the business opportunity• Different level of commitment (purchase product vs distributor)

Set time within a short time frame after the exhibit to make contact with your potential leads and take it from there. Make sure you have a system to track your activity and interaction long term.. Send customers to your stand a thankyou or acknowledgement of their attendance. This builds trust with exposure to you.

Also make sure that the items ordered and promised are delivered to the customer within set, identified timeframes.
